The western portion of the site is within the shoreline of Catherine Creek. The fill quantity at the Public Works Shop site requires SEPA review. A Determination of Non-significance will be issued concurrently with public notice. Permit Type / Process: Type II - Major Land Disturbance permit, building permit, Shoreline Substantial Development permit and SEPA review. The deadline for public comment on the major land disturbance and DNS is 4:00 PM, January 25, 2019. Shoreline Substantial Development Permit: Upon publication of the Notice of Application, there is a 30-day period comment period on the shoreline permit. The deadline for public comments on the shoreline substantial development permit is 4:00 PM, February 11, 2019.
