And Amended Petition filed 1/28/20. AND TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notified that a Petition for Guardianship has been filed alleging your child to be dependent and asking that an order be issued declaring that guardianship be established with respect to your child and that any parental rights be limited pursuant to RCW 13.34.230.
