NOTICE OF PLANNED ACTION TO: 1. Ms. Elsa Uriostegui, who acquired title as Elsa Urbizo, also appearing of record as Elsa Vera Urbizo, as her sole and separate property, and to all others claiming to own or have an interest in real property in Snohomish County that is commonly identified by Snohomish County Tax Parcel No. 00436800001301 and is more commonly described as: 5631 Glenwood Avenue, Everett, WA 98203. 2. Mr. and Mrs. Stephen D. Schlotfeldt and Jeralyn J. Schlotfeldt, husband and wife, and to all others claiming to own or have an interest in real property in Snohomish County that is commonly identified by Snohomish County Tax Parcel No. 00436800001302 and is more commonly described as: 5633 Glenwood Avenue, Everett, WA 98203. 3. Mr. and Mrs. Aurangzeb M. Akbar and Bushara B. Akbar, husband and wife, and to all others claiming to own or have an interest in real property in Snohomish County that is commonly identified by Snohomish County Tax Parcel No. 00436800001303, and is more commonly described as: 5635 Glenwood Avenue, Everett, WA 98203. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that prospective petitioners in a private way of necessity legal proceeding, Howard Goldberg and Marcia David Goldberg, or a representative on their behalves, will discuss, consider and decide whether to initiate the private way of necessity legal action over, under and across the easement which is part of City of Everett Short Plat No. 27-92, recorded under Snohomish County Recording No. 9408020008 and Survey recorded under Snohomish County Recording No. 9408025002, Records of Snohomish County, State of Washington. THIS MEETING which is open to you, is scheduled to commence at 4:00 pm on February 27, 2018, at the Anderson Hunter Law Firm, on the 10th floor at 2707 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington 98201. You will be provided an opportunity for questions and comments at that time. The Goldbergs intend take final action at that meeting or as a result of the meeting and determine to commence the legal action to acquire the private way of necessity. The private way of necessity is sought because the Goldberg property, adjacent to the properties legally described above, does not have access to a public right of way or public utilities as it is presently situated.
