NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF COMMERCIAL LOAN(S) PURSUANT TO THE REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON CHAPTER 61.24 RCW I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on February 28, 2020, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Front Steps of the Snohomish County Courthouse, 3000 Rockefeller, Everett, Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following-described real property, situated in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to wit: LOT 43 OF FOREST TRAILS NO. 4, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 43 OF PLATS, PAGES 54 AND 55, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY AUDITOR; Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of WA, which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust dated November 9, 2017, recorded November 13, 2017, under Auditor's File No. 201711130624, records of Snohomish County, Washington, from Steven D. Hampton, Trustee of Steven D. Hampton Living Trust, dated January 7, 2010, as Grantor, to UPF Services, LLC, as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of Banner Bank, as Beneficiary. II No action commenced by the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is now pending to seek satisfaction of the obligation in any Court by reason of the Borrower's or Grantor's default on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust.
