I do further certify that said Certificate correctly shows: (1) description of the property assessed; (2) years for which


the property was assessed; (3) amount of tax, interest and penalty due as of September 30, 2017; (4) name of owner


or reputed owner, if known and so stating if unknown; and (5) that the Certificate of Delinquency bears interest at the


rate of twelve (12) percent per annum from the 6th day of June, 2017 until redeemed.


 


Any property listed herein may be redeemed from the lien of this Certificate any time before close of business the day
