Project Name:Cathcart WayBus Pullouts


Project Number: RC1724


Project Description:SnohomishCountyPublic Works will construct two new bus pullouts to serve Community

Transit bus routes at the intersection ofCathcart WayandPuget Park Drive. A west bound pullout will be

constructed on the northeast corner of the intersection. An east bound pullout will be located on the southeast

corner of the intersection. The existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk will be removed and new, wider pavement will

be added to create the bus pullouts. New curb, gutter and sidewalk will be constructed. The bus pullouts will

be approximately 10 feet wide by 110 feet long. Sections of rock wall will be used where needed. Construction

of the bus pullouts is planned for spring/summer 2018. Earthwork quantities: New impervious surface: 1850

square feet. Amount of cut: 120 cubic yards. Amount of fill: 20 cubic yards.
