Project Description:SnohomishCountyPublic Work proposes to upgrade existing guardrail and install

new guardrail in multiple locations alongMarsh Road. The guardrail improvements would begin atLowell-

Larimer Roadand end approximately 4,000 feet west of State Route 9. Minor grading of the road shoulder

would be required in some areas. The project will also update signage alongMarsh Road.
