NOTICE OF LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITY AND SEPA THRESHOLD DETERMINATION


(Pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 30.70.050(2) and 30.61 SCC),


 


Project Name:RileySloughBridge#155 Replacement


Project Number: RC1580


Project Description:SnohomishCountyPublic Works proposes to replaceRileySloughBridge#155 on Riley


Slough south ofMonroe. The bridge would be replaced with a 206-foot 3-span pre-stressed precast concrete


girder superstructure.The foundation would consist of multiple rows of deep driven pipe piles at each abutment


and at the internal pier. There would be no in-stream piers. The replacement bridge would be 32-feet 6-inches


wide curb-to-curb with two 11-foot travel lanes with one shoulder 5-feet wide and the other 5.5 feet wide.


The project would disturb an estimated 14,100 square feet (0.32 acres).


Project Location:The project site is located onTualco Roadat Milepost 5.545 south ofMonroe, in unincorporated


SnohomishCounty. The project area is located in Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 6 East, W.M.
