• Staff Report (dated November 8, 2016) including:

. Draft Findings and Conclusions

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed code amendment to section 30.25.014 of

the SnohomishCountyCode(SCC). This amendment would eliminate a monitoring requirement from inclusion

in the Annual Report on Tree Canopy. PDS does not issue permits for two of the exempted activities, hazardous

tress and pruning, which makes gathering data related to these activities for inclusion in the monitoring report

challenging.

F. RECESS

This regular meeting will be recessed following conclusion of the public hearing. During the recess, Planning

Commissioners will take a dinner break, during which they will review accomplishments made in 2016.

No county business will be conducted during this recess, and no official action taken.

When the regular meeting is reconvened, it will be immediately adjourned.
